** Annual fees will be adjusted by the Owner/Manager before the beginning of each calendar year. Current annual fee will be pro-rated from the Effective Commencement Date to December 31 of the current calendar year other than for Associate and Junior memberships where full payment shall be due for the calendar year of the Effective Commencement Date.
