ORGANIZERS:
It is our goal to provide you with a successful and fun filled event. Should you have any questions regarding these policies, or anything else regarding your event, please let us know!
- Please ensure all your players check in a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time. For shotgun tournaments, players should check in a minimum of 45 minutes prior to the start time.
- Please ensure all players are familiar with the following Fort Langley Golf Course polices:
- ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OTHER THAN THOSE PURCHASED FROM THE CLUBHOUSE, THE HALFWAY TURN SNACK SHOP, OR THE BEVERAGE CART WILL BE PERMITTED. This policy will be strictly enforced, and violators will be asked to relinquish their beverages (to be picked up after completion of the round) or have their playing privileges revoked immediately. There will be no exceptions. Please ensure all players understand, and respect this policy.
- Our dress code is as follows:
- Collared Shirts with sleeves are to be worn (exception, ladies sleeveless).
- Pants or tailored shorts are to be worn.
- No Cut-offs or sweatpants are allowed.
- Soiled, torn, or tattered clothing will not be permitted.
- Tee Shirts will not be permitted.
- We are a soft spikes ONLY facility. No metal or ceramic cleats of any kind are permitted.
- Clean jeans are permitted.
- Each player must have his or her own clubs. Sharing of clubs will not be permitted.
- Due to safety reasons, no walk-alongs, ride-alongs, or caddies will be permitted. A signed waiver is not acceptable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- We require prepayment for all pre-booked power cart rentals.
Our course marshals will assist your group in anyway they can to ensure the proper pace of play is maintained. we would also like to recommend using a scramble or alternate shot format for larger tournaments. Due to its effect on pace of play, we cannot permit tournaments to use the selling of mulligans as part of their format. All putting contests are to be held on the practice green after your groups have completed eighteen holes.
Payment Details:
A $10.00 per person non-refundable deposit along with a signed confirmation agreement within 14 days after receiving the tournament contract.
The organizer will be responsible for the confirmed number of guests, and full payment must be received by the Fort Langley Golf Course 10 days prior to your event. Fort Langley Golf Course will accommodate any excess guests, only if time permits. Your cooperation in enforcing these rules will eliminate any conflicts and help you to enjoy your day at our course.
